Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said next year will be “much worse” than this year. She expressed this view in a pre-Christmas meeting with government employees.
“We are a family, a team, we fight all year. Last year was difficult for all of us, but don't worry because next year will be much worse,” she said during the congratulatory ceremony at Chigi Palace.
Meloni urged the group to rest well during the holiday so they can resume work soon with renewed vigor and “give answers to this incredible country”.
