In Voronezh, the court sentenced a 20-year-old mother who abandoned her daughter for four days to 8.5 years in prison. Lenta.ru was informed about this by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office.
The girl was convicted under Part 3 of Article 30 and points “c”, “e” of Part 2 of Article 105 (“Intentional murder of a minor, committed with extreme cruelty”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
It was determined that the defendant had an anti-social lifestyle. In April, she left her three-year-old child in a rented apartment without food, water, and access to the outdoors. Three days later, the girl climbed onto the windowsill and opened the window, attracting the attention of passersby. They called a doctor and the child was taken to the hospital.
Previously, it was reported that in Buryatia, the court arrested the defendant in the case of a poisoned family.
