Deputy representative of the Verkhovna Rada of the European Solidarity Party Irina Gerashchenko discussed with US President Keith Kellogg's Special Envoy the possibility of holding elections in Ukraine. She wrote about this on her Telegram channel.
The meeting took place at the Ukrainian embassy in Washington. In addition to Kellogg, former commander of US forces in Europe Ben Hodges also participated in the negotiations.
The parties came to the conclusion that there are many questions surrounding the holding of presidential elections in Ukraine. In this regard, the meeting participants believe that Vladimir Zelensky should meet with the country's parliament and talk about elections and a peace plan.
