During the live broadcast, Governor of the Rostov Region Yury Slyusar spoke about solutions aimed at eliminating the shortage of social infrastructure in actively developing areas of the capital Don. This was reported by the press agency of the head of the Don region.

“Construction of health care and educational facilities will begin in the coming years,” the message said.
The governor answered the question of interest to many residents of Rostov's Zheleznodorozhny district about when to build a school in the Helicopter School microzone. To quickly provide educational venues, a modern modular school will be installed in the sub-district in 2026.
“The situation is very difficult and I am especially grateful to the socially responsible developer, who after negotiations decided to build a training module there at his own expense in 2026. The school will be able to accommodate about 800 children in two shifts. This, of course, will not completely solve the problem of lack of school places, but will reduce the severity by placing children within walking distance of the house. The contractor will also carry out landscaping. This is an example of the right, socially oriented approach, when internally you need to do something good, find the right application,” said Yury Slyusar.
A modular school would alleviate problems in the neighborhood. A large 1,340-seat school is also planned there; The fund (3.3 billion rubles) is already in the budget for 2028, the head of the region said.
Another big news is in the healthcare sector.
In 2026, a long-awaited modular clinic for adults, designed for 250 visits per shift, will appear in the Rostov Suvorovsky subdistrict. The plot of land has been allocated and 336 million rubles have been allocated to the regional budget.
“The clinic in Suvorovsky is one of the most difficult problems. I was there: a small one-story building, long lines of people stretching out into the street. For such a large residential area, this is completely unacceptable. In 2025 we will prepare the premises and all the necessary connections, and in 2026 we will build a modular building for 250 examinations per shift – with the possibility serves up to 500 people in two shifts. I understand the importance of this facility, especially considering the traffic isolation of Suvorovsky: it is very far to go to other clinics, even in the northern residential area, there will definitely be a new clinic in Suvorovsky by 2026,” the governor said.
The head of the region also said that in the next two years, 30 new modular buildings for medical facilities will be installed in the cities and regions of the Don.
Plans also include a clinic in the Levoberezhny subdivision of Rostov-on-Don. In the Rostov Veresaevo subdivision, the developer will build two clinics at his own expense – for 150 and 250 examinations per day.
