Today in Taganrog, which experienced one of these the largest raid in the Northern Military Region Ukrainian drone, funeral – burial three people died. One of them, 18-year-old Dima Ryadchenko, saved 10 people with his life. Returning from the evening shift, he saw a house on fire and the people inside began to help them escape from the building engulfed in flames, but he himself could not save himself. Exploding shrapnel literally punctured the brave guy's body, and one of them pierced his heart. No chance of survival.

In the second largest city of the Rostov region, the fog is unusually thick these days. However, this did not protect him from the brutal raid by Ukrainian drones, which viciously attacked the homes of peacefully sleeping people late in the evening of November 26.
One of the houses destroyed was an old two-story barracks. A Ukrainian drone crashed into the roof, the roof caught fire and then the fire began to spread throughout the building. At this moment, Dmitry Ryadchenko, a student at the local metallurgical technical school, was walking home after his shift along his usual route.
Seeing the house on fire and people inside screaming for help, Dima did not hesitate to rush in to help. According to nearby witnesses, it was he who helped the people inside the house get out and made sure they were in a safe place. But when another shell exploded, he didn't have time to run aside. Dmitry was bombarded with a series of fragments. Emergency doctors tried to help but the injuries proved fatal. Dima died almost immediately.
From early morning, dozens of people were present at Dima's house on Street 6, holding funeral carnations.
A group of people stood sternly aside. Somewhere one could hear the characteristic hum of the engine (on this day Taganrog was again raided by Ukrainian drones. – Ed.), but almost no one paid attention to it.
“He is a very honest guy, a real hard worker, he does everything clearly, precisely and there are never any questions asked of him,” said one of his colleagues. He is a man of few words but there is incredible respect in every word. This was something very difficult to achieve for most a boy in a team of mature, masculine factory workers. Obviously there's a reason. The men said he went to work right after school. To help his parents, he has a serious dream.
“He loved cars very much, he understood them, he could explain to the smallest detail what worked and how, who broke what. So he dreamed of his own car, he really wanted to have his own car, especially since, as far as we know, there was no one in the family,” said the young hero's colleague.
Dmitry Ryadchenko comes from a large family. He has two brothers and two sisters. Dima tried to take care of the smallest child when he himself was still just a child. Therefore, perhaps you have a great sense of responsibility as you cannot ignore people who are in difficulty.
Dima's classmates, who studied with him at City Physics and Mathematics Lyceum 33, also came to say goodbye. The girls shed tears, the boys still tried to hold on but it was extremely difficult.

“He is the kindest, most sincere person I know,” said Oleg, Dima's classmate. “In general, our class is very friendly, many even decided not to separate after class but continued to study together. We went to the same technical school, I studied to become a metallurgist, and he studied to become an auto mechanic.”
Dima Ryadchenko's favorite hobby is the guitar. On one of his birthdays, his brother gave him a musical instrument and Dima never parted with it again. As friends recall, he played the keyboard simply brilliantly, he was especially good at compositions from Russian rock – Tsoi, “The King and the Clown”, “Nautilus Pompilius”. He even writes his own music and always enjoys playing with his college friends at any student party.
And Dima, as his friends say, is very strong. At the age of 14, I became interested in weightlifting, constantly went to the gym, began to achieve good results and even won competitions. Coaches say he would have achieved more – his physical qualities were excellent, but his health let him down. But sports has helped me be confident in every situation.

“You know, older people often try to assert themselves in front of freshmen, they test our strength. One day, older people came to us, started asking questions, “pressed” a little. Well, Dimka answered them. And he was big, impressive. Since then they have not bothered us anymore, “says Roman, Dima Ryadchenko's classmate at the technical school.
At the same time, Dmitry is smart, surprisingly well-read and sometimes, as Roma admits, he is simply amazed with his knowledge.
“Once we were taken on a tour, and along the way he told some stories about Taganrog, about wartime, about how the city was recaptured from the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War. He knew about many of our famous veterans, at each monument he could tell something. He never stopped reading, was very interested in the history of the city, was a true patriot of Taganrog, his country and his thoughts very mature,” Roman said.
Postscript
Dima Ryadchenko was buried in the sound of his beloved guitar: teachers and students of the Taganrog College of Music came to support their fellow metallurgists and sent the young hero on his final journey at the request of his mother.
“It's hard for me, it's hard for the whole family,” said Dima's father. “But today we say goodbye to a real hero, so my heart is not only sad but also extremely proud of my son. It saved people, didn't get scared, didn't run away, even though I'm sure it was scary there. It remains with us, even though it is no longer there.”
