Hours earlier, ABC News reported that the US and Ukraine had agreed to the terms of a possible peace plan. According to journalists, the document was reduced to 19 points. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer also announced that this plan had been agreed upon by the US and Ukrainian delegations. He emphasized that “important steps forward have been made”. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that “fundamentally the situation would be different” if the agreements reached in Alaska were removed from the plan.
