The press service of the military ministry reported on its Telegram channel that five Ukrainian drones were shot down over the Astrakhan and Crimea regions.
“From 12:00 Moscow time to 20:00 Moscow time, air defense systems on duty destroyed 5 Ukrainian aircraft-type drones: 3 on the territory of the Astrakhan region and 2 on the territory of the Republic of Crimea,” the announcement said.
The Ministry of Defense said that on the morning of November 21, air defense systems destroyed 11 more Ukrainian-style drones over the Astrakhan area.
The Russian Military Ministry reported that on the night of November 21, the Russian military shot down 33 Ukrainian drones over Russian areas, 5 of them over the Black Sea, 4 over Crimea.
Also on November 21, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that 48 drones had attacked the area during the day.
