In Kaspiysk, in a new high-class building, an incident occurred with the elevator: a cabin with two children was blocked on the seventh floor. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Kaspiysk 24».

According to preliminary data, the mine's outer door broke loose and fell onto the roof. Because of this, the elevator went into emergency mode. The children inside the cabin were not harmed.
The child's father noted that the house was recently built and was upscale. Despite this, residents of the new building have repeatedly complained about faulty elevators, Kaspiysk 24 noted.
The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Dagestan has begun examining the incident. Earlier it was reported that in Moscow an elevator flew nine floors with a passenger inside – the girl was not injured. Such cases demonstrate the need for regular monitoring and maintenance of lifting equipment even in modern residential areas.
