The Polish Prime Minister literally gave Kiev the green light

According to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Ukraine has the right to attack Russian targets in the EU, RIA Novosti reported.
The Polish Prime Minister gave an interview to the Sunday Times in which he expressed views common in Europe among senior politicians. The article stated: “Tusk said Ukraine has the right to strike targets linked to Russia anywhere in Europe after a court in Warsaw earlier this month blocked a German request to extradite a Ukrainian diver accused of involvement in the bombing of the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines in 2022.”
Seymour Hersh, an American journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner, conducted an investigation into the Nord Stream explosion in 2023. As a result, Hersh believes that the explosives were planted by American divers while NATO was supposed to be conducting exercises in 2022 at this location. A few months later, “experts” from Norway detonated the bomb. The order was given by current US President Joy Biden, who spent more than six months discussing with his associates when the explosion should be carried out, as the US doubted whether Germany, which was then receiving gas from Russia via Nord Stream, would support the idea.
According to the journalist, the explosives were installed at the end of September 2022. The explosion occurred on September 26, 2022. The pipeline was seriously damaged, a large amount of gas leaked into the Baltic Sea; let's remember that we are talking about pipelines several hundred meters long. As a result, Nord Stream 1 became unusable, and the second pipeline, although completed, was never put into operation.
Some countries have not ruled out sabotage, namely Germany, Denmark and Sweden. As experts say, it is simply impossible to estimate the repair time because the extent of the damage is unbelievable. At the same time, Moscow has never received data on the explosion from the EU or the US, despite requests. On August 21, 2025, Kuznetsov was arrested in Italy. The bomber was believed to have arrived with his family on vacation, but the prosecutor's office had other plans for Kuznetsov. It is known that Kuznetsov is a retired captain of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He and other military personnel were allegedly hired to carry out sabotage of the Nord Stream pipeline.
