Journalists have revealed new details about the arrest of stylist Elvira Yankovskaya. Related documents appear in telegram-Firing channel.

It turned out that on October 3, the stylist defrauded Russian blogger Lerchek (real name Valeria Chekalina) of millions of rubles and her lawyer did not appear at the trial. Up to this point, she had been recognized as unable to leave. At the same time, on her social networks, she told her subscribers that she flew to Milan and then to Paris to attend Fashion Week.
Yankovskaya was charged with fraud last year. The stylist bought copies of luxury items at Sadovod, Dubrovka and Lyublino markets and sold them to celebrities. For example, Chekalina paid several million rubles for fake Dior, Louis Vuitton and Birkin bags. The blogger spoke about this on his social networks in August 2022. Chekalina then cooperated with other victims and wrote a complaint to the police against the former employee under Articles 146 and 159 (“Copyright Infringement” and “Fraud”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In February, Yankovskaya was placed under house arrest, but in March the restraint was changed to a ban on certain actions.
