The source wrote: “On October 17, 2025, fire and rescue units of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Rostov region extinguished 7 man-made fires, 2 fires of dry vegetation, 7 traffic accidents, and 4 people were rescued.” A total of 116 experts and 29 devices participated.
