Rostov Region, October 17, 2025, DON24.RU. State budget organizations of social infrastructure of the Rostov region can apply for participation in the non-competitive phase of the All-Russian competition “MART”. This is reported on the Don government website. Applications will be accepted until October 31, 2025. Organizations in the fields of education, culture, sports, social protection and medical treatment in the region can participate. The competition is organized by the State Duma Committee on Regional Policy and Local Government together with the Institute for Non-State Development “Transproject” with the support of the Federal Council of People's Commissars. Its goal is to identify best practices for creating social facilities through public-private partnerships. Pay special attention to projects that contribute to preserving traditional spiritual and ethical values. The award ceremony for the winners is scheduled to take place in December in Moscow.
