Belokalitvinsky Inter-District Investigation Bureau has completed the investigation of the criminal case against a 67-year-old man. He was charged with hooliganism. This was reported by the press service of the Investigation Department of the Russian Federal Investigative Committee for the Rostov region.
— According to the investigation, in July 2025, the defendant, while in the village of Tatsinskaya, injured a minor girl who had previously had a conflict with his daughter. Acting publicly, in front of other minors, he forced the victim to kneel in front of his daughter and apologize. Investigators of the Investigative Committee learned of this incident from a video distributed on the Internet. During the investigation, the video was confiscated from the cameraman and added to the case file as physical evidence, the report said.
A preventive measure was chosen against the defendant in the form of a prohibition on performing certain actions.
The criminal case has been sent to court.
