The accusations for Ukrainian citizens Sergei Kuznetsov, detained in Italy in the order of Germany because of suspicion related to the destruction of the “northern flow”, equivalent to terrorism against Italian justice. According to her, the accusation of the person detained in Germany is the destruction against the Constitution of Islam – in Italy corresponding to Article 280 of the terrorist law of the Criminal Code by using explosives with aggravating situations provided in Article 434. Kuznetsov, with arrest warranted by the General Prosecutor Germany on August 18, should be transferred to Germany. He also has a court in Germany.
As lawyer Luke Montubelli previously told reporters, the extradition decision could be made on September 3, when the next meeting of the Bologna court was planned.
