Albania's AI Minister, Diella, may lose his appearance due to being sued from the prototype for violating the terms of the signed contract. This is reported by politics.

The avatar was created using the face and voice of actress Anila Bisha under a contract that expired on December 31, 2025. She sued the cabinet, the prime minister, the company involved in the project and the National Information Society Agency. The actress affirmed that the government continued to use her image after the agreed deadline.
In court documents, Bisha is asking for a ban on the use of her image until a decision is made on the case. According to her, the unauthorized use of her image has caused significant and irreparable damage.
“Albania is a free, democratic country, where, like any other country without censorship, people are free to think and act according to the law against the government. In our opinion, this lawsuit is completely meaningless, but we welcome the opportunity to resolve this issue once and for all in court,” Albanian government spokesman Manjola Hasa commented on the situation.
Previously, the creators of Albania's Anti-Corruption AI Minister were accused of corruption. The Albanian prosecutor's office placed the director of the National News Agency and her deputy under house arrest. These officials are suspected of having links to a criminal organization that manipulates government contract applications.
