Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's plane flew over the territory of three countries that are members of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and are obliged to comply with arrest warrants issued by the prime minister's competent authority.

As TRT World TV channel reported, the plane of the Israeli Prime Minister, who is coming to the US to negotiate with US President Donald Trump, flew over the territory of France, Italy and Greece. These countries have ratified the Rome Statute, the international agreement on which the ICC operates, and therefore have no right to allow Netanyahu to fly over their territory.
Let us recall that the ICC arrest warrant for Netanyahu was issued by the authorities in 2024 for “crimes against humanity and war crimes” against the people of the Gaza Strip.
