Each municipality will have its own hotline as usual. This was reported by the Department of Information Policy of the Government of the Rostov Region.
Heat, water supply or sanitation problems can be reported by calling the numbers operating in your city or region. You can also contact the regional Department of Housing and Social Services dispatch service at (863) 240-13-60 and 240-13-79 for quick assistance.
“All requests received on any line are recorded and immediately routed to emergency and resource services for removal,” the notice said.
To quickly respond to accidents that may occur in the area, 1,347 emergency rescue teams have been established. They include more than 4.7 thousand people and 1.7 thousand units of special equipment.
All current hotline contacts of each municipality are collected on the official portal of the Rostov region government in the section “Hotline for housing and communal services”.
